Rex Consulting Ltd was established on the 15th of September 1995 by self-employed professional consultants who advise and assist in the following areas:

• Company incorporation;
• Privatisation of state and municipal enterprises;
• Financial, pricing and banking issues;
• Civil law;
• Investment appraisal and budgeting;
• Social security and health insurance;

Rex Consulting Ltd is based in Sofia and currently has two subsidiary companies - in Varna and in Plovdiv.

Rex Consulting Ltd is a member of the Association of the Professional Accounting Companies since July 2005.
