DEC-2009 Three more satellite companies were created

Additional three company takeovers were completed in 2009 by Rex Consulting in order to optimise further the company structure and offer a larger spectrum of financial and consultancy services to the clients of the Rex Consulting Group - three more satellite companies were created:

- Rex IT Ltd - located in Plovdiv and servicing clients and the Rex Group of companies in the field of accountancy software, computer maintenance and IT solution development;

- Rex Finance Ltd - located in Sofia and provides services in the field of private equity investment, asset management and mortgage brokerage;

- Rex Investment PLC - this is the main company vehicle which will form the basis of the holding structure of the Rex Group which will be completed by the end of 2010.
